Introducing Silverstone's latest Patent Pending CTS Machine "SS Proton Ultima - World's first 2-in-1 Computer to Screen Engraver"
Based on Texas Instruments (USA) patented DLP Technology which consists of Digital Micromirror Device (DMD). The DMD chip used in SS Proton Ultima is a rectangular array of 2 million individually controlled, highly reflective aluminum micromirrors. We have used our 15 years of expertise in the Screen Engraver industry to create the perfect hardware and software combination which processes the image and assigns each pixel of the image to an individual micro mirror and synchronizes the scrolling of the image on DMD with the machine's motion to achieve best in class screen outputs. The DLP system does not involve ink or wax, it exposes the screen by electronically controlling the projection of the design by controlling the state of each individual micro mirror.
With our innovative 2-in-1 functionality, machine can be seamlessly switched between flatbed exposing and rotary exposing modes, eliminatng the need for two seperate machines. This ingenious functionality allows for substantial cost savings, reduced initial capital investment, efficient resource and labour management and optimised space utilisation.
